The location is superb, directly opposite the zoo. The breakfast offered a wide array of choices (the fresh pastries were my favorite). I received an upgrade to a Club Double Room, which I found charming. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The gym lacked free weights, offering only a Kinesis machine. I wish there were more equipment options.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The staff provided really good customer care! the location near the zoologischer garten made it easy to explore nearby attractions. We received a complimentary upgrade to a business premium room, it was a pleasant surprise.
the tv equipment in the center of the room consumed considerable space! also, the tv and its services did not function during the three days of my stay!

excellent stay at palace

the room felt really comfortable and the bed was good. i liked the rituals shower gel too. i had access to the club lounge and it was a good oasis. the host was accommodating and polite, and the snacks were fresh, a good choice of drinks and tea was available. breakfast was amazing with so much variety and quality of food.
the tv equipment, placed in the room's center, occupied too much space. the tv and associated services did not work during my three days. no one seemed to care about this problem, despite multiple service personal contacts.
